Sunday Ogah is a seasoned legal practitioner with extensive experience in corporate and commercial law practice. He has built a reputation for delivering practical, solution-oriented legal advice to individuals, startups, and established businesses across diverse sectors of the economy. He advises clients on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, contract drafting and negotiation, and general business advisory matters. He also has strong experience in dispute resolution, where he represents clients in negotiations, mediation, arbitration, and litigation before various courts in Nigeria.
Over the years, he has developed a client-focused approach that combines legal precision with a deep understanding of commercial realities, enabling him to provide legal solutions that are both technically sound and commercially effective. He is committed to maintaining high professional standards, integrity, and excellence in legal practice while continuously supporting clients in navigating complex legal and regulatory environments.
Sunday Ogah obtained his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from a reputable university in Nigeria and proceeded to the Nigerian Law School, where he was called to the Nigerian Bar as a Solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) and has also participated in various professional training programs focused on corporate governance, dispute resolution, and commercial law practice.
